Guarantee on NTC Phones
The NTC Phones are provided with one year product guarantee, and a 14 days money back guarantee.

If the NTC Phone fails to work on your internet connectivity or if you are not satisfied with the voice quality, you can request for a refund within 14 days after delivery.

Please note that refunds will be made within 5 working days after you return the NTC Phone, and damages caused due to mishandling or improper care may nullify the one year product guarantee, and 14 days money back guarantee.

Refund on prepaid NTC Cards
On claiming a refund on the NTC Phone, you may request for a refund on the remaining funds on prepaid NTC card as well.
